2026 Annual Meeting Registration Information
On behalf of the 2026 CSG East co-chairs Senate President Thomas Rivera Schatz, and Speaker Carlos “Johnny” Méndez Nuñez, we look forward to welcoming you to the CSG East 65th Annual Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico! Please review this page with information on registration details. Registration opens the week of April 20, however the earlier you register the better, as you will receive more of a discount on your registration fee. Please note:
- All prices are in U.S.$.
- Please register by Friday, September 4th in order to take advantage of the early registration fees.
- Regular registration fees begin Saturday, September 5th.
- Online registration ends Friday, December 4th, after which you may register onsite at the meeting. Please note that onsite registration fees are the highest, so please be sure to register before then.
- Remember to sign your guests up as you register! There are interesting and exciting activities found only in Puerto Rico for BOTH adult, and child guests (ages 6-17). Guest activities are to be announced, and children register for free!

Category key for the rates above:
Elected Officials = Assemblymember, Delegate, Representative, Senator, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, MLA, MNA, MPP (anyone elected to office)
Government Officials = Members of state or provincial government who are not elected to office in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches
Government Staff = Members who work in state or provincial government such as chiefs of staff, legislative aids, executive assistants, sergeant-at-arms, protocol staff, those in legislative services, researchers, etc.
NOTE: Members of the press/media may receive complimentary registrations. Press/media can only attend the business program agenda, not the social activities. If you are a member of the press/media please contact Dylan McDowell to register and please provide your press credentials.
CANCELLATION NOTICE: If you need to cancel your participation, please contact us at ercannualmeeting@csg.org as soon as possible, and by September 30 to get 100% refund. From October 1 to December 4, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations after December 4 will not be refunded.
