CSG East Housing Summit in Delaware 2026

CSG East will convene its third regional housing summit bringing together state legislators and officials with housing policy experts to address solutions to our housing shortage and affordability crisis. Policymakers will assemble in Wilmington, Delaware in late February 2026.

Policy sessions will address the landscape of federal housing policies, homelessness responses and prevention, how HFAs are lowering the cost of building, zoning and land use reforms, building codes reform, the property insurance crisis, a messaging workshop, short-term rentals and corporate ownership.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with legislators and officials in peer states during the sessions, and share perspectives and experiences on housing issues affecting our region. Attendance is limited to government officials and staff only.
